I am currently seeking another individual to work with me as an assistant to my clients and projects. *Why are you looking for someone? *As my business and demand expands, work can become overwhelming. Everything that needs to be done simply cannot get done. This is not because I intentionally overload myself or do not have time management skills, but simply due to the fact projects and demands are becoming more and more complex and the internet expands each and every day. *What do I need to apply? *No degrees or certifications are required. This is a remote position (from your own home), but you _must reside within the United States_. Outsourcing firms need not apply. You must be professional, reliable and skilled. Past experience working with a partner and team of highly professional individuals is a plus. Additionally, you must be fluent in English (written and orally). The ability to communicate in a professional manner over the Internet and telephone is a must. Basic customer service skills would be much appreciated (but not required as training can be provided). *What does this position entitle? *If you are selected, you will be collaborating with myself, and a team of highly professional individuals that work with me. The services I will be providing include website development (search engine optimization, script installation/coding, website design, content writing and press release writing), IT consulting (computer support and service - locally only, so this does not apply to you), and virtual hosting (through a business partner). YOU ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSISTING ME WITH CLIENT'S REQUIRING WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT. However, knowledge of the company and other services is required. You will be collaborating with us online when we recieve a client. Your duties will simply consist of coding and programming websites as per the client's request and expectations. You will be given a list of detailed instructions, and support along the way. You are not "required" to interact with clients at any point throughout the process. As for compensation, you will be given a significant cut of the total project cost. Since work in the website development field is not constant at all periods in time, a salary is not paid, therefore this would be a great side opportunity for cash.
