Hi, I am an experienced technical support engineer and whilst I have previously worked in large office environments supporting large user-bases in a Microsoft Windows XP environment I feel my heart has always been set on the Internet and helping people on the Web with whatever problems that arise with their Websites. I myself am a freelance web designer and develop the majority of my websites for my clients using the Joomla CMS engine as its easy to manage user accounts, create social communities and keep a firm grasp on various type of articles that customers wont to be displayed on their website in a clean and efficient manor. Whilst I have not focused entirely on trying to build up a successful web hosting business I generally tend to only host the websites of the sites whom I create the sites for. This enables me to give them an all-inclusive package where they can have their site and also have it managed on my VPS node without having to be contacting an external hosting company when problems arise with their accounts and that generally never happens. Needless to say I am a married man and I would like to work for a company that requires someone of my skillset who can manage clients websites, making sure that all incidents that are reported are resolved within the given service level agreement time and that at the end of the day the customer is always right and happy with the service that we / I am providing for them. I enjoy helping people and like to end my shift knowing that I have helped someone and for that reason whether they have a business or personal website, they are benefiting from it running smoothly without a hitch. I have experience with all the major mainstream control panel systems like cPanel/WHM, WHMCS etc and I hope that I meet the requirements for this job position that you are advertising. I am looking forward to your replies and hope to hear from an interested party soon. CV Available on request. Kind Regards, Chris Cundy
